Shift Managers - Full-time

Luihn Food Systems, Inc. is one of the largest Yum! Franchisees in the nation. We are seeking qualified Shift Managers for our KFC and Taco Bell restaurants.

This position requires great flexibility, discipline and emotional maturity along with an outgoing personality, attention to detail, exemplary customer service skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with and to lead a team. Successful candidates must take pride in their work and have proven operation excellence. Prior restaurant experience a plus, but not required.

 In addition to taking food orders, prep/cleaning and maintaining safety & health standards, this position is also expected to be able to: 

-- Recognize and respond to issues in complex situations quickly

-- Encourage performance improvements of others and self

-- Follow and enforce company policies, especially with restaurant equipment

-- Support the RGM in ensuring company initiatives are consistently executed

-- Demonstrates positive attitude, demeanor and energy at all times
