The Staffing Consultant role consists of the following:

Sales and Marketing
Develop and maintain a base of temporary, temporary-to-hire and Direct Hire clients.
Follow our proven telephone and in-person sales call processes.
Negotiate service rates and direct hire fees with clients.

Recruiting
Recruit accounting, financial and bookkeeping professionals.
Pre-Screen, interview and qualify temporary and direct hire candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with well qualified

Placement activities - Direct and contract
Match well qualified candidates to clients with staffing needs.
Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates during assignments.
Ensure our clients and candidates receive an experience based on what they value most.

Strong sales experience in a fast paced environment is required. The ability to maintain communications with our established customer base, on both the client and candidate side on a local and national level is desired. This position provides limitless income potential with no cap on commissions!.
