What you will be doing
- Ensure a safe environment for IHR guests and associates.
- Patrol, document, report, and follow-up on safety and security hazards or infractions.
- Carry out more general guest service tasks, such as delivering items to guests rooms.
Requirements
- A Security officer must demonstrate the ability to remain calm in emergencies, and balance excellent guest and associate relations skills with safety and security.
- Must possess an excellent work ethic.
- Good written and oral communication is a must.
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds, stand or sit for extended periods of time and work during inclement weather.
- Must be able to handle yourself in stressful situations all the while remembering to provide the finest professional service possible.
