Home Instead Senior Care, leading provider of non-medical senior care for the elderly, is searching for a Client Care Manager to assist in its goal to provide responsive, reliable, consistent and quality care to the clients in its territory. The Client Care Manager will be responsible for assessing the needs of current and potential clients, managing client relationships, supervising employees in the home, and ensuring client satisfaction with the non-medical care they receive from Home Instead Senior Care.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to client inquiries, seeking out new clients and managing client relationships
- Assessing the needs of current and potential clients, presenting company services and developing care plans
- Solving client problems and ensuring satisfactory care
- Managing client files and care plans
- Developing relationships with clients and their families
- Periodic quality assurance visits to monitor care of clients and CAREGivers’ performance
- Promoting the company image through community outreach and establishing business relationships
- Hands-on experience with a geriatric population
- A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work
- An ambitious and energetic approach to meeting clients’ needs
- Sales and marketing skills
- Home care, nursing or geriatric care experience
A successful Client Care Manager has:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines and listen effectively
- Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, as well as sound judgement and good decision making skills
- Ability to prioritize short and long term goals
- Ability to travel during daytime hours
- Ability to work as a team player in a professional office setting
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
