The primary job responsibilities include:
- Develop, monitor, and evolve the payment incentive model
- Support complex contractual financial arrangements
- Provide data analysis, contract auditing, and metrics reporting to management
- Performing reconciliations to determine if physicians have met contractual obligations
- Develop, analyze and monitor new, routine and ad hoc reports
- Work independently and interact with external constituencies
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2 + years of financial analysis experience
- Proficient with MS Excel for data analysis and presentation
- Ability to work with and manage large amounts of data
- Strong facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Medical cost or healthcare financial analysis experience
- Experience with SQL or SAS for data extraction and manipulation
- Proficient with MS Access
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
