Established and expanding in-home Private Duty non-medical senior care company with a national presence is seeking a talented and energetic professional to manage day to day operations. Not an entry level position, and significant relevant experience in the healthcare industry. The appointment entails:
-Monitoring compliance with State and Federal regulations
-Achieve revenue, gross margin and profitability objectives
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with community referral sources
-Interface with the Agency's Financial Controller
-Confers with departments to review and change operations as needed
-Proven ability to make decisions under stress and time constraints
