General Restaurant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description: Responsible for managing employees.  Customer relations.  Responsible for inventory including ordering and receipt.  Delivers food during peak hours of operation.  Responsible for start up of equipment and processes (open shift).  Responsible for shut down and closing store (close shift).  Manages cash flow.  Makes deposits.  Responsible for administration including reports as required.  Responsible for cost control (P&L) and reconciliation.  Attends, runs employee meetings.  Supports and contributes to company objectives and strategy.  Responsible for hiring and orientation of new employees.  Assists with opening other stores.  Assists with promotions and roll-outs.  Responsible for management development.
