Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for Marketers.

Assists with daily operation of the marketing group, with an emphasis on the local store level. Coordinate communication of all marketing programs to key internal and external constituents including: marketing team; Mike’s Marketers; franchisees; customers; and printers. Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics including: hiring; training; event management; collateral coordination; and Local Store Marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes but is not limited to the following. Other duties will be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Primary point of contact for internal and external customers for LSM program; including recruiting, hiring and training candidates in market
  • Coordinate the implementation of tactical LSM programs, including: campaign top-spin initiatives, secondary marketing initiatives, community relations, incentive contests, etc.
  • Organize and lead market-wide marketing meetings, and participation in companywide meetings as required
  • Responsible for the coordination of the preparation and procurement of advertising materials required for sales building, advertising, and promotion of company products
  • Coordinate marketing events; assist with store openings; and trade shows as needed
  • Compile, track results and produce reports for marketing programs
  • Research and distribute LSM best practices
  • Ensure all corporate marketing procedures and practices are undertaken at store level
  • Track, collate, and maintain inventory of marketing materials, photo work, artwork, film, and maintains marketing literature, archive files, and sample files
  • Responsible for becoming familiar with all in store operations

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing
  • Minimum of three years experience in marketing with emphasis on sales building
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
  • Strong organizational capacity along with excellent oral and written communication ability
  • Public-speaking
  • Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Cross-selling skills
  • Flexible schedule, may be asked to work evenings and or weekends with some regional travel
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
  • Strong customer orientation
