Customer Service Representative
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep/Sales Person
You will be responsible for helping customers set up moves - homes and businesses
Heavy phone volume - 90% in-bound calls, 10% out-bound follow up calls and follow up emails
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have an Excellent attendance record at prior jobs.
- Must have Basic computer skills.
- Must have good attention to details.
- Must have good phone skills (required to be polite and patient, and understanding with customers).
- Must be a team player.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Prior phone sales or collection a plus.
Looking to expand on our current staff. We need a team player that can work between the hours of M-F 8Am to 7PM, with rotating weekends (Sat and Sun) 8AM to 4PM.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written outstanding organizational skills ability to work independently and make decisions with little supervision a motivated self-starter, and a team player.
Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
