Business Liaisons - Full-time / Part-time

On behalf of Research Triangle Institute (RTI), Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking Business Liaisons to work on a challenging government project to update occupational information using input from employers and workers throughout the country. Duties include verifying the eligibility of randomly selected businesses by telephone, obtaining the participation of eligible businesses by gaining cooperation from the appropriate manager or representative (also by telephone), and managing iterative mailings and follow-up telephone contacts with the business. This is NOT a telemarketing position.

Business Liaisons must adhere to professional standards and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Having the ability to communicate effectively in a detailed manner is a must. A minimum of 3 years phone-related experience is required. Human Resources, call center, and/or telephone-based people/customer contact experience is desirable.

Attendance at a paid project training in late February is required. These are long term, full time positions. All Business Liaisons will work out of the Raleigh office.
