Our innovative products and programs can be found in most hospitals, extended-care facilities, surgery centers, physician offices, home care dealers, home health agencies and retail outlets.

Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking to hire Mechanical Technicians for our state-of-the-art adult diaper manufacturing facility located in Lithia Springs, GA.

We are seeking dynamic, hard-working professionals with a solid work background in high speed manufacturing and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.?

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to:
  • Analyze mechanical and operational problems
  • Make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
  • Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the corrective action has eliminated the problems
  • Make preventive maintenance checks and inspection of assigned equipment, report to the Mechanical Engineering Supervisor, and take appropriate action
  • Test equipment to verify correct operation and production of quality products after repairs are completed
  • Analyze and record causes of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions
  • Maintains a safe, clean, organized work area
  • Work overtime as needed with minimal notification

Qualification

The required skills for this position include:
  • High school or GED
  • Trade school education, certification, or professional training highly desired
  • 5 years of relative mechanical experience and basic computer knowledge
  • Must be able to use milling machine, lathe, drill press, welding machine
  • Must understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Must be willing to work any shift and/or flexible schedules as required
  • Must be able to read, write, speak in English
