Job Description
Executes Workload and distributes tasks to support the Customer experience
  • Serves as E3 to ensure a positive and compelling Customer experience
  • Observes Associate performance and provides feedback in partnership with ASM/SM
  • Assigns tasks and guides workflow in the areas of the 5 Basics
Supports sales floor Operations to drive the business
  • Executes department and fitting room recovery and replenishment in accordance with the 5 Basics
  • Identifies merchandising opportunities to increase sales while improving operations
  • Merchandises fixtures and maintains non-promotional signs
  • May be required to execute store opening/closing/ Overnight procedures as E3
Demonstrates Kohl’s Customer Service approach
  • Delivers the highest level of Customer Service supporting Kohl’s Yes We Can culture through effective problem solving
  • Advocates and executes all company Customer Service programs (i.e. Kohl’s Service Promise, GREAT, 2 in Line, Smile and Say Hi)
  • Supervises and assists in accurate and efficient processing of Customers’ requests and transactions
Trains Associates to maximize performance
  • Provides timely feedback on sales floor operations
  • Trains Sales Associates on selling floor operations and best practice
Key Partners/Stakeholders
  • Operations and Customer Service Area Supervisors
  • Store Executive Team/DM
  • Supervisors/Specialists/Associates
Required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
Preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service or other work with the public
  • Prior experience working with a team
Special Requirements
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the departments within the store. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis Ability to lift 50 pounds on an occasional frequent basis Greater than 50 pounds = 1 Associate per 50 pounds
