Training Coordinator
Our training coordinators are excellent teachers at heart. They show new members the ropes and ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy. The coordinator also trains new and current team members in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 2-5 years project coordination or customer service experience.
Skills & Certifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, good oral and written communication skills, and strong problem solving skills.
