Deli Managers

The Deli Manager oversees the daily operation of food service in the store. They are responsible for providing total customer satisfaction by ensuring:


  • Deli is properly staffed to meet customer demand
  • Employees are coached and motivated to deliver excellent customer service
  • Customer concerns are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Foodservice area, equipment, and utensil cleanliness meet company and health regulations standards
  • All equipment is maintained in good working order
  • Appropriate federal, state, and local laws and regulations are enforced
  • Ensure quality and freshness of product through proper rotation, and ordering
  • All safety and security procedures are followed
