Job Summary:
Responsible for the daily operations, achieving sales budget, personnel management, financial reporting, rehabilitation functions, and safety regulations directly related to a store.

Essential Functions:
Oversee all aspects of the customer experience.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales budget for store and E-Commerce.
Effectively manage all aspects store budget.
Develop a succession plan.
Create and cultivate a store environment where diversity is valued.
Responsible for new goods inventory. Ensure that new goods are processed appropriately from the time received through stocking on the sales floor.
Ensure that all store administrative functions are carried out quickly and efficiently.
Interview, hire, train, and direct the activities of store personnel to provide an efficient, congenial, cost effective work force.
Work effectively with Goodwill departments as needed.
Ensure that the store and surrounding premises are kept clean and free of safety hazards.
Contract and work with outside vendors for services and/or supplies not provided by headquarters with in company policy.
Comply with all Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
Oversee the disposal of garbage, recycling and hazardous waste.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: High School diploma, bachelor degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in retail environment with at least 3-5 years management experience. Experience with basic accounting practices and bookkeeping.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Specific Skills/Knowledge/Licenses: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with time-keeping software. Ability to learn new software as appropriate and necessary to the job.
Essential Physical Abilities:
Lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs; Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers;
Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders; standing for long periods of time;
Able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain).

Working Conditions:
Retail store environment, temperature varies, loud noises, occasional crowds. Position requires ability to work flexible schedule to meet business needs including evenings and weekend shifts.
