About this job
The Rogue Valley Manor is seeking energetic, qualified, dedicated, and caring individuals to join the Care Suites Team in our RCF – Residential Care Facility. The Resident Care Assistant performs the duties of a caregiver as assigned by the Administrator and is accountable for all patient care given during shifts as well as being responsible to adhere to all nursing care standards. CNA experience is helpful, but not required. You must be genuinely interested in caring for older adults and have an understanding of their needs.
