Home Instead Senior Care of St. Charles County seeks a proven, motivated sales professional who is warm, friendly, and outgoing, and is passionate about building relationships within the senior care community.

The right candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned referral goals with targeted healthcare and senior care professionals at multiple levels.  The ability to present the benefits and appropriate use of non-medical home care which results in referrals will be key.

This position offers a long-term career opportunity, beginning on a part-time basis with incentives for growing into a full-time position.

Position Requirements:
• College degree and/or equivalent sales experience required
• Minimum two years of experience in sales is preferred
• Experience in home care, home health, hospice, or other type of senior care service sales is a plus
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources, including physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospital case managers and discharge planners and other appropriate referral sources
• Written, communication and presentation skills necessary
• Must possess basic computer skills, be proficient in social media skills, and able to use Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel)
• This position reports directly to the owner. The salary and benefits for this position are competitive and negotiable.
• This position is based in St. Charles County, Missouri
