General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

As a General Manager you will:

• Provide top customer service by greeting, assisting customers, and responding to inquiries and concerns
• Recruit, hire, and train positive, enthusiastic employees
• Monitor sales activities through cashier and financial data analysis
• Plan team-building events and meetings
• Oversee the overall store condition including cleanliness, sanitation, and merchandising
• Implement marketing campaigns, displays, and sales promotions

To do this job well, you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED (two-year degree or beyond is strongly preferred)
• 5 years management experience, including both food service and retail
• At least 2 years as Assistant General Manager
• Experience managing a staff of 30+ preferred
