As Assistant General Manager you will:
  • Provide top customer service by greeting, assisting customers, and responding to inquiries and concerns
  • Recruit, hire, and train, and manage positive, enthusiastic employees
  • Monitor sales activities through cashier and financial data analysis
  • Plan team meetings and provide necessary performance-based feedback
  • Create action plans to reach desired store objective


To do this job well, you'll need:
  • High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience with P&L, inventory, food costs, and labor costs
  • A minimum of one (1) year as top performing Store Manager at a food location and retail location is required
  • Assistant General Manager leadership skills and competencies
  • Experience with managing 15+ staff is preferred
  • Proven success developing, promoting, hiring, and firing team members
