Client Care Coordinator (CCC)

This position will be responsible for maintaining excellent Client relationships. Job responsibilities include performing quality assurance visits with existing Clients family members, assess Client's level of care and perform care consultations with prospective new Clients. Assist in the office, answering phones, entering data in computer,scheduling appointments, communicating with staff.

Requirements:

Must be professional and be fluent in English, able to communicate information efficiently, possess good work ethics, and have experience in the patient/nursing field. Must be a good listener, pay attention to detail, ability to assess Clients needs and coach/train employees. Must have computer experience.

2+ years of professional work experience; we are willing to train the right person. Some college coursework is desirable. Must have a valid drivers license, reliable car insurance.
