Provide exceptional product and account service to all levels of T-Mobile employees while maintaining a spotless store model for employees and vendors. Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.*Provide a high level of technical support and account service to T-Mobile employees*Ensure Company Store is stocked, cleaned and prepared at all time with devices, accessories and T-Mobile Gear*Work with Floor leaders to ensure proper customer line management and service*Meet and greet customers in a timely manner and ensure they have the best experience ever in a retail store*Work with store staff and leadership team to ensure merchandising and marketing changes are completed on time*Complete all trainings and attend special events to support device launches

*Ability to provide technical support for mobile devices*Superior customer service skills*Knowledge of wireless industry protocols*High School Diploma/GED
