Oakwood Worldwide currently has an opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to be the liaison between sales and operations as a Field Service Representative. This Field Service Representative (FSR) will office in Huntington Beach, but travel locally to other offices and properties as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review daily reservation schedule and coordinate client Meet and Greets
- Responsible for making and tracking guest pre-arrival calls, ensuring guests receive world-class customer service
- Responsible for meeting clients on-site at property and reviewing property amenities, special requests, and OCH contact information
- Responsible for key management including move-in and move-out packages, replacements, and master keys
- Responsible for delivering additional housewares, i.e. televisions, small appliances, etc.
- Proactively build and maintain positive working relationships with the residents and the extended support team
- Act as a liaison between District Office, Home Services, and all after-hour companies. Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Receive incoming requests from our existing, valued residents on a daily basis. Follow up on all resident service requests and close them in the system on a daily basis
- Take ownership of escalated situations via email or phone and resolve them efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Participate in apartment walks and inspections; schedule, lead, and be on-call for client property tours
- Update and distribute daily Tenant Rooster to all property staff
- Sign all approved master leases, renewals, and extensions
- Act as a liaison with Accounts Payable to verify apartment rent and miscellaneous charges and distribute property payments monthly
- Update job knowledge by studying Oakwood inventory and offerings; participate in educational opportunities
- Special projects or other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This is an opportunity for a highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful person with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must be comfortable multi-tasking and managing changing priorities.
- Experience in a client service focused position is preferred
- Ability to present an 'above and beyond' attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of client contacts
- A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and helping people
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and execute solutions
- Ability to travel within the Southern California area with own car (mileage on the job reimbursed)
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
