Position Summary:
The Mailroom Associate Level II will be responsible for supporting the mail room with sorting, distribution, of mail and packages; preparing outgoing mail.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Licenses/Certification/Registration:
Possession of a valid state driver's license is required.
Experience:
At least one year of mail center, clerical, delivery, receiving, shipping experience.
Knowledge of shipping systems a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 70 pounds.

- Mail & package receipt/Internal and External Distribution
- Outbound mail/package preparation
- Mail pick up and drop off from Burlington Post Office; drop off only to Beverly Post Office.
- Sorting and delivering all inbound mail and packages.
- Preparing outgoing mail
- Drop off all bank deposits.
Qualifications:
- Basic reading skills
- Must know how to operate a postage meter device.
- Be able to observe fully safe work as well as driving rules and practices.
- Able to communicate in a clear and tactful manner.
- Knowledge of FedEx and UPS shipping systems.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
