About this Opportunity
- Deliver fast, fun and friendly service to our guests
- Respond quickly to guests needs, questions or issues
- Contact store leader to handle team member issues
- Ensure Cash Office security is maintained
- Eliminate guest wait by being visible to guests approaching the lanes and directing them to the lane with the shortest wait
- Promptly offer appropriate options to assist each guest situation; resolve guest questions, problems and complaints
- Provide cashier and Service Desk with expertise, change and supplies needed to keep lanes moving fast
- Accurately count the day’s cash; come up with an accurate cash count
- Keep the checkouts and Service Desk neat and clean; follow company signing and branding
Requirements
- Cheerful and helpful guest service skills
- Friendly and upbeat attitude
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
