About this Opportunity

  • Deliver fast, fun and friendly service to our guests
  • Respond quickly to guests needs, questions or issues
  • Contact store leader to handle team member issues
  • Ensure Cash Office security is maintained
  • Eliminate guest wait by being visible to guests approaching the lanes and directing them to the lane with the shortest wait
  • Promptly offer appropriate options to assist each guest situation; resolve guest questions, problems and complaints
  • Provide cashier and Service Desk with expertise, change and supplies needed to keep lanes moving fast
  • Accurately count the day’s cash; come up with an accurate cash count
  • Keep the checkouts and Service Desk neat and clean; follow company signing and branding

Requirements

  • Cheerful and helpful guest service skills

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
