This Internship is for Summer 2015
Looking for experience in Visual Merchandising? The Visual Merchandise Intern will help support the visual needs of both Food and Merchandise divisions.
Visual Merchandise Interns are responsible for:
- Maintenance of visual displays, windows and mannequins
- Assisting in installations of new visual collateral and programs
- Providing support for a variety of creative projects in Merchandise and Food divisions
- Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
To perform the role of a Visual Merchandise Intern successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Consistent attendance is a requirement of the job
- Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA required
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am – 3pm
- Must be able to work from May 2015 through August 2015
- Must be flexible with schedule and a self-starter
- Must have basic knowledge of tools and installation equipment
- Must be a creative thinker, and have retail background
- Must have a valid FL Driver’s License
- Must be actively enrolled for the Summer or Fall 2015 semester as a college Junior or Senior
- Preferred majors include Arts, Fashion Merchandising or Design
