As the Supervisor of the Access Center you will be responsible for clinical operations and medical management activities across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating). This includes case management, coordination of care, and medical management consulting. Function may also be responsible for providing health education, coaching and treatment decision support for members.


 


1:00 - 9:30 PM or 2:00 - 10:00 PM or 3:00 - 11:00 PM -- 5 days a week (Mondays and Fridays must be worked)     


 


Primary Responsibilities:





  • Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit



  • Telephone advise nursing


  • Hire, coach and complete performance evaluations of employees

  • Supervise clinical and business operations for 24/7 Access center

  • Oversee call center that is responsible for telephonic emergency room case management, direct admissions, member transfers, and telephonic triage program

Requirements

Required Qualifications:





  • Current Nevada RN License



  • Willing to obtain licensure in Utah, California and Arizona



  • Undergraduate RN degree or equivalent experience



  • Minimum of 4 years Nursing Clinical Experience



  • Previous call center experience


  • Strong computer skills is a must


  • Excellent Communication skills


 Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience with triage, discharge planning, case management preferred



  • Previous Telephonic Case Management Experience and/or Telephonic Triage Experience a plus



  • Previous Supervisory experience a plus



  • CCM is a plus
