Kings Island is now accepting applications in our Entertainment Department. Now is the time to get your application submitted so that you can be one of the first to be interviewed in 2017 for a FUN summer job!
The 2017 season promises to be one of the best, with the addition of our new wooden coaster, Mystic Timbers! Do you know what’s in the shed? The 2017 season will also bring back Winterfest. These new attractions, and more, await you during your season at Kings Island.
Our Entertainment department is always on the lookout for some great characters! If you would like to escort one of our characters, usher at one of our shows, or assist in the booth, the entertainment department needs you! We are also in search of trained talented and versatile singers, dancers, musicians and variety artists. Log on to visitkingsisland.com/auditions for more information.

Some of the essential functions include:
- Greets guests, answers questions, ensures quality service, and resolves complaints for guests
- Assists guests with seating issues and counts guests as they enter
- Ensures guests follow the rules and policies of the facility
- Provides assistance to characters during their walk through the park
- Provides verbal interactions between characters and guests
- Identifies and prevents hazards to the characters
- Takes pictures for the guests, answer questions about the shows and/or characters
