Papa Razzi Trattoria of Wellesley, Massachusetts, is immediately hiring Hosts to join their world class service team!

Ideal candidates will be able to work in a fast paced environment, should be able to handle mildly stressful situations, and possess excellent multitasking and customer service skills. Top notch communication skills are a must! 

The Host position is responsible for greeting all guests in a positive and upbeat manner, handling phone calls, managing dining reservations and the seating of guests.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but we are more than willing to train the right people!

We are looking for people who are naturally friendly and outgoing, have upbeat personalities and are driven to succeed!

All Front of House staff hired during the next 30 days will be eligible for a $ 200.00  bonus provided they are still actively employed and in good standing* after 90 days.  This special “thank you” bonus will be paid through payroll within 15 days following your 90 day anniversary.  Payments are net all applicable taxes and authorized deductions.

*Good standing for the purposes of this program means your chances of continued employment are strong and you have no prior performance counseling forms in your personnel record.
