This role will support the development and management of Health Insurance Claims related products. You will be expected to provide your expertise and knowledge related to Health Insurance Claims and Operations Management.  We will work with you to develop your Product Management skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
  • Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
  • Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
  • Analyzes and investigates
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Candidates
in Eden Prairie, Minnesota or Basking Ridge, New Jersey are preferred
and we are also open to considering telecommute candidates within the
U.S.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising or analyzing Claims
    Operations and / or Contact (Call Center) operations.
  • Experience leading the documentation
    of Business Requirements that impacted Claims Pricing, Claims Editing, FWA or
    Subrogation.
  • Current proficiency utilizing
    Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (updating and creating documents in Word,
    updating spreadsheets in Excel as well as creating pivot tables, and creating
    basic decks in PowerPoint).
  • Experience developing presentations
    and reports for Director level audience
  • Experience designing new reports and
    analyzing existing reports
  • Ability to Travel up to
    approximately 25% of the time (Domestic and possibly overnight)
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting the load of
    Benefits (Coverage) information into Claims systems
  • Understanding of Claims Edits and
    Claims Pricing
  • Understanding of Fraud, Waste,
    Abuse, and Subrogation
  • Previous Member-facing Incentives or
    Consumer Engagement experience. 
  • Experience with Rally or ADR 

Success Factors:  Demonstrated
ability to manage and prioritize deliverables;

Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with
ambiguity.
