Position Description:
The IT Project analyst would be a member of the Constituent Project Management Office (PMO) managing the delivery of new applications and features for the member interaction and issues management suite of applications including MIIM (Member interaction & Issue Management), iCARE (appeals & greivance), APEX (Member Service) and others. This is a colaborative team that works with project stakeholders across the US & India. Members of the team are located across the US.
Positions in this function are involved in the definition, management, and implementation of significant technology focused projects.
Align technology solutions with business strategies, working primarily with IT management. Proactively identify opportunities, conduct analyses, needs assessments, cost/benefit assessments and broker other IS services. Includes those involved in release management.
- Analyzes and investigates.
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED or 4+ years equivalent work experience
- 1+ year Previous Data Analytics experience (educational experience excepted)
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
- Be able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and written
- Must have time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
