Client Receivables Success Manager for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Melville, NY.


The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:



    - Bachelors Degree
    - Experience with client relationship or in a client facing role
    - Collections or accounts payable or finance experience

What You'll Be Doing:



    - Work directly with the New York area customers in driving an improved performance in payment, reduce delinquency while ensuring a positive customer experience.
    - Proactively review order documentation (quotes, PO and contracts) to ensure all required information is included and that there are no inconsistencies between customer purchase orders and invoices.
    - Develop relationship with key customer accounts and understand their AP process to proactively highlight any road blocks in getting payments thereby reducing cycle time and DSO.
    - Identify, track and own key customer / large volume transactions to proactively address any potential issues.
    - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders (Finance, Controllership, WCS, Account Executives / Account Management community, etc.) to ensure strong communication and support.
    - Provide training and best practice sharing to PSS community to ensure we reduce the errors in the order entry process that drive receivables issues.
    - Operate with a positive, professional attitude to drive customer satisfaction while ensuring a significant improvement in receivables performance - Past dues, DSO and disputes.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - Must have four (4+) years experience with client relationship or in a client facing role
    - Must have two (2+) years previous collections or accounts payable or finance experience in their work history
    - Must have experience developing and improving processes
    - Bachelor's degree in business discipline required
    - Strong commercial skill set i.e. relationship development, problem solving, and strong communication skills
    - Must be customer focused with executive presence.
    - Must proactively address any issues.
    - Superior process improvement and organizational skills; must have the ability to organize and manage a large portfolio of complex customers and opportunities
    - Collaborative and inclusive personality while operating with a high degree of initiative.
    - Proactive mind set - ability to identify root cause issues and develop/implement corrective measures
