The world’s trusted source of home care services for seniors is seeking an organized and outgoing Registered Nurse to perform a variety of duties that relate to client care.  This includes client intake, quality assurance, supervisory visits, care conferences, as well as care consultations with potential clients and family members.  The RN Client Care Coordinator also supervises our home health aide staff. Qualified candidates should be a team player that possesses a positive attitude, exceptional communication and organization skills.  Care coordination and home care experience preferred but not necessary.
