Responsibilities:

The Digital Associate Creative Director, Conceptor will lead breakthrough, strategic and integrated digital marketing concepts and programming for Acosta Mosaic Group’s clients in conjunction with internal Creative, Strategy and account teams and services.

This role requires a seasoned veteran in the digital space with working knowledge of Content, Video Social Media, Mobile, Web, eCRM, etc. Ability to know what works and what doesn’t, but more importantly, willing and able to try new things to help bring your clients brands to life in this emerging medium and possess the following characteristics:

  • Possess the visual appreciation of an art director and the creative wit and abilities of a Conceptor;
  • Excel under the pressure of deadlines and have no problem managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Disciplined organizational habits and able to meet stringent deadlines;
  • Dedicated worker who is comfortable working with project managers, developers, other designers or any team member for that matter;
  • Unafraid to provide an educated opinion or to participate in a lively discussion on strategic direction/communication.


Manage and lead a high performing team.
  • Lead the creation of integrated Digital Concepts for existing Clients and New Business pitches;
  • Build and deliver presentations for client pitches;
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions developing ideas based upon sound strategy;
  • Ensure executions are aligned with account team members expectations;
  • Work closely with Ideation team to develop a wide array of materials;
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative;
  • Work closely with project managers to estimate costs/timelines accurately and appropriate resources for specific jobs;
  • Maintain a culture within creative services that is respectful of timelines and budgets.
  • Other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • 8-10 yrs. of Copywriting/Concepting Digital Experience (Consumer Goods and Retail experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and marketing trends.
  • Experience in building an inspired Digital Creative Team
