Stockers are responsible for the set up , stocking, and cleaning of service stations in the Buffet. Restock Condiments, dry goods, paper goods. Remove soiled China, glassware, and flatware. Restock area with clean China, glassware, and flatware. Restock Soda, Juice, Teas, Hot chocolate, Milk--all offered drinks. Restock Paper Goods including Napkins, Foam cups, lids, straws. Work with Servers to sort Pre bussed items from tables. Deep cleaning assignments- daily, weekly, and end of shift.
FOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Customer Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort and Casino.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Stocking of clean china, glassware, and flatware.
* Moving soiled China, glassware, and flatware to the dish room.
* Assisting servers sort pre bussed china, glassware, and flatware.
* Sort china, glassware and flatware
* Stocking of sodas, juices, teas, and condiments.
* Stocking beer and wine in Main Service Area.
* Assisting servers and bussers in their assignments.
* Sweeping and picking up items in Guest service areas
* Service station clean up
