Job Overview:

The Administrative Assistant in Talent will perform administrative support to GVP, Talent Acquisition such as travel and meeting arrangements, expense reimbursements and office management activities, i.e. answering phones, preparing copies for meetings, keeping address files up to date, etc. Also, this position performs various departmental administrative duties such as processing vendor invoices and candidate reimbursements. Perform other duties as assigned. This position is based out of Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

Essential Functions:

  • Arrange travel and expense reimbursement for GVP.

  • Support GVP Talent Acquisition by keeping calendar current, arrange meetings, book meeting rooms and send communication as appropriate

  • Process vendor invoices and candidate reimbursements, create purchase orders for job quotes, and create requests for college contributions

  • Post job requisitions for campus and executive recruiters; maintain campus events on college website; conduct first screening of applicants in ATS as needed during heavy recruiting periods.

  • Perform administrative duties to support Talent Acquisition team such as setting up new recruiters in systems and ordering office supplies.

  • Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required. 1 - 3 years of experience in office management is preferred.

Communication Skills

  • Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mathematical Skills

  • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Reasoning Ability

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands

  • This position involves extended periods of sitting and the extensive use of computer and the office equipment. May involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Other Skills

  • Proficiency at the intermediate level with Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with PowerPoint

Work Hours

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs.
