Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Summary


Our client is seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve any issues or concerns that arise. The Customer Service Representative will provide support and service to our clients and internal customers.

Essential Job Functions:


Provide exemplary service that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations.

Enhance & maintain relationships with clients and other referral sources to ensure continued growth and referral business.

Will answer phones and monitor live chat in a friendly professional manner.

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Confer with customers in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders, or to obtain details of complaints.

Contact customers to respond to inquiries, up to 400 clients a month

Perform any duties/activities assigned by management.

Qualifications:


High School Diploma or equivalent, required

1+ years in an office environment, required

Interest in Marketing, a plus

Mortgage industry experience, preferred

Self-starter with strong organizational skills, ability to be self-directed and be able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes and deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to resolve conflicts using sound judgment and good business sense.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and HRIS software.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
