Whether it’s winding new line on a customer’s well-worn fishing rig or helping a family prepare for their first camping trip, you’ll have the opportunity to assist outdoor enthusiasts of all skill levels as they strive to carve out new traditions.

A Field & Stream Apparel Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by engaging in high levels of service and through the execution of product and presentation standards.

• Engage in behaviors that are in line with the Company's customer service and selling program, thus providing all customers with an outstanding store experience.
• Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment and recovery processes, pricing and signing execution, etc. to ensure that established presentation standards are met and maintained.
• Promote Company programs, including loyalty card participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Success Profile

• Knowledge of outdoor apparel and accessories preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to meet the Federal requirements for handling and processing firearm transactions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Flexible availability in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
