A Field & Stream Freight Flow Associate is responsible for processing merchandise arriving and departing the store and for the organization and placement of product.
  • Process all incoming merchandise from delivery trucks in accordance with the established procedures and program guidelines.
  • Ensure that the receiving and back stock areas are organized and maintained so that merchandise is easily accessible; assist with general maintenance throughout the area.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.
  • Engage in behaviors that are in line with the Company's customer service and selling program, thus providing all customers with an outstanding store experience.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


Success Profile
  • Passion for the outdoors preferred
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stand as well as ability to push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to meet the Federal requirements for handling and processing firearms transactions
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Flexible availability in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
