TCBY on Washington Street in Naperville will be reopening in March 2015! We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions:


Team Member and Team Leader
As a member of the TCBY team you will give customers awesome service and a healthy, incredibly tasty treat. Our team members take pride in preparing and serving all of our delicious products. Training on the TCBY âa, A"Greet, Treat, Completeâa,  model is paid and your key to be a successful team member. All team members are expected to be friendly and welcoming to customers and committed to providing a clean, healthful workplace and product. These members will be fully trained on the maintenance of soft serve machines and A Team Leader will be responsible for assistance in management functions such as inventory, scheduling, product management and cash management.

Essential Responsibilities
General:
- Greet each customer and provide a friendly environment at all times
- Be the public face of our store
- Comply with corporate uniform and appearance standards
- Communicate clearly and positively our products and the many ways they can be served, encourage sampling and thank each customer for their business
Operations:
- Clean and service soft serve yogurt machines as trained on a regularly scheduled basis
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and workspaces, including floors and restrooms nightly and as needed
- Operate all food service equipment- including yogurt machines, blenders and ice makers
- Respond to directions and training in an accurate manner
- Successfully complete store training and adhere to company policies
- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit transactions according to store policy
- Maintain an orderly and organized workspace to optimize your time and customer experience

Team Leader Additional Responsibilities
- Provide a role model to Team Members, constantly displaying best practices of customer service and operations
- Ensure proper cash management procedures are used by all Team Members
- Make business decisions based on training and corporate policies
- Assist Manager with inventory or other management functions as needed



Additional:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be available for shifts starting in the late morning until mid-afternoon during the week
- Must be able to lift 30-40lbs regularly throughout shift
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out shift
- Ability to walk and carry items into and out of walk-in freezer and cooler with temperatures ranging from -10 to 40 degrees F
