Technical Support Engineer is needed for a permanent position in Wilmington, DE.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Technical Support Engineer will work with network engineers, systems administrators, developers in cross-functional teams to solve complex IT problems.
- Technical Support Engineer will provide complex troubleshooting on a case by case basis to diagnose and work toward resolution to unique issues.
- Technical Support Engineer will also work with QA engineers on mission critical applications and related platforms.
- Technical Support Engineer will help design, coordinate and conduct the deployment of software applications, patches and updates.
- Technical Support Engineer will also take part in updating and adding to SOP in order to help other TSE's faced with recurring issues.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- MINIMUM of a AS in IT, EE, CS or directly related experience.
- MINIMUM of four (4) years of professional experience in product support, technical support or network support
- Solid working knowledge of Linux OS, Bash Scripting and SQL
- Strong familiarity with Networking and 7 layers of OSI Model
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a related subject matter
- Linux Certification or training
- Network Technology Certifications
