Integrity Staffing Solutions has an awesome Contract to Hire Opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative with a thriving Commercial Insulation company in the Tampa/Ybor City area. The Inside Sales Representative plays an important role as they cooperatively work closely with Outside Sales Representatives, Administrative Assistants, and Warehouse Personnel and other members of the Branch team to create interest from individuals and companies in the products and services offered; grow existing customers, develop new customers; meet or exceed monthly quotas; increase customer satisfaction; answers customers' questions and concerns. The Inside Sales Representative stays abreast of new products and the changing needs of our customers. Send out samples or catalogs that describe items available from inventory and inform customers about prices, availability and ways in which products and save money and increase productivity. Earnings include a base salary plus quarterly incentive bonuses so therefore the Inside Sales Representative has a significant influence on their compensation. Responsibilities: Generate new and repeat business Determine customer requirements When necessary, suggest alternate products Provide price, credit and terms Accurately process customer transactions Provide accurate information in regard to availability of product Upselling Monitor ship dates to ensure timely delivery Maintain communication with customers Set up and maintain customer files Work closely with outside sales team Again, this is a Contract to Hire opportunity with this highly sought after employer who will offer a competitive salary and benefits package upon permanent placement. Salary is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour on the temporary side, depending on experience and $35K to $36K on the permanent side and also quarterly bonuses based on performance.
