Responsibilities:
• Work with members and providers by fielding questions and solving their problems according to the rules of their contract
• Access information from a variety of computerized systems and reference materials
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while effectively documenting all contacts with our members Skills:
• Previous experience a must
• Strong customer service focus with a minimal of 1 year experience in a call center environment
• Fluent in both Spanish and English a plus
• An understanding of medical terminology preferred
• Candidate MUST be flexible with a rotating schedule Additional Details:
• Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
• Hours: Full Time
• Employment Type: Contract
• Limited medical and dental coverage for contractors and their families available immediately
