Relationship Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in relationship or account management for a financial, real estate, or property management company.
-Strong microsoft office suite skills particularly Excel.
-CRM experience preferred
-Ability to work on their own, and as a part of a team.

Job Description:

-Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client list
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships through the on-boarding process
-Clear communication with the progress of onboarding your clients
-Accurate response time and tracking of your clients progress through your client list.
-Maintains quality service by monitoring standards advising manager of potential problems
-Outbound calling and follow up to your client base
-Inbound calls and update ticketing platform with pertinent information
