Customer Service Representative
M-F 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Rate of pay: $11.00
Required skills:
? Bi-lingual - Spanish & English
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
? High school diploma or GED
General duties & tasks
? Process orders for your group of customers
? Print labels for orders
? Communicate with customers & production department
? Maintain customer files
? Modify orders as needed and complete appropriate paperwork as needed
? Prepare documents for international customers that require them
? Assist in the flow of truck drivers arriving for their scheduled appointments
? Print pick tickets & fill out bill of lading
? Answer & direct phone calls
? Scan tractability documents
Preferred:
2 years previous experience
