About this job

Required:

Bachelors or Master's degree in a discipline related to construction or engineering.

0-5 years construction experience.

Responsibilities:

-Assists the Project Manager with logging, documenting, and coordination of personnel, subcontractors, and vendors engaged on projects.

-Assist with change orders, material purchase, and design via gathering all necessary project documents.
-Assist with establishing and maintaining construction schedules.
-Maintain subcontractor and vendor relations.
-Assist with preparing drawings by compiling all necessary information.
-Maintain general contract and subcontract documents.
-Construction blueprint/plan reading required.
-Keep informed on requirements for insurance, safety, labor relations, along with any other required job site responsibilities.
