Responsible for entering over 180 vouchers/day into PeopleSoft. They will work with the A/P Specialist to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices. Will resolve unmatched receipts or invoices. Indexing of invoices in the imaging system. Coordination and effectively communicating with field/customers to clarify any missing information on vouchers. Must have strong data entry skills (alpha/numeric) Must have 1+ years of A/P experience. Must be proficient w/ MS Office Suite.
