Manufacturing Engineer -Welding - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is looking to add an engineer for a 3-6 month Contract position with an elite client in Southern Indiana. This person should have a strong plant floor background and will be helping to start a 'non-weld destruct program' within the plant. This is a new program and this person will oversee the program from concept to implementation.

Qualifications:

-Understanding of the 'non-weld destruct' program

-Ability to help set up the programs and implement it

Work Environment:

-The facility is a stamping, robotic welding, assemply and kitting environment.

-This person will be on the plant floor about 70% of the time.

This person will provide a lot of ownership over thier department and really make necessary changes. It is a vital part of the organization and will be given a lot of responsibility for the future of the plant.
