Job Description Role and Responsibilities:
The Service Coordinator position acts as a critical link between sales, customer service, and field technicians. This position is responsible for on-boarding new customers and vendors and managing temporary and on going projects.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum of 2-years customer service or sales experience
Service industry experience preferred
Ability to work within deadlines
Proven problem solving ability
Preferred Skills:
- Must be willing to submit to a thorough background check and drug screen
