GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Key member of our Supply Chain that assists in analyses of requirements and helps develops production schedule. Position works with the Scheduler, Manufacturing, Menuing, and Customer Service to determine the items and quantities to produce to support our company's Fresh business. Help develop Supply Chain solutions that achieve specific business and inventory objectives including management of inventory to meet financial goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production work order data entry.
Production work order maintenance
Production tracking, review production output to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Review material requirement planning report (MRP) and input production work to match customer orders.
Assist scheduler in daily posting of production schedule.
Review fresh production menus and create Excel template for planning items.
Analyze customer ordering information and populate fresh quantities on template.
Communicate production output shortage to Operations department.
Provide feedback to Demand team when forecasting is not in Sync with actual customer orders.
Run reports production summary, MRP, work orders by due date, analyze supply demand, customer order summary. . .
Participate in continuous improvement of manufacturing and control systems
Continued development of safety culture
COMPETENCIES:
Ability to analyze data quickly.
Detailed oriented.
Solid data entry skills.
Excel, Word, MES, MRP
Reliable/ dependable.
Ability to navigate and run reports in an ERP system.
Understanding of inventory control
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
One (1) to Two (2) years of manufacturing experience
