Our HR & Benefits Management client in Norwood, MA is seeking multiple customer service representatives to start in their call center ASAP. This is a great role to get your foot in the door of a HR/Benefits management company.


Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for answering 75+ inbound calls in regards to inquiries and scheduling consultations for Benefit Specialists.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
  • Use multitask skills by talking on the phone and typing in notes on multiple computer systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years customer service experience (in any setting)
  • Prior call center experience is highly preferred
  • Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Must be comfortable taking phone calls all day long
  • Must be available to work for 8 hours shifts; HOURS: Mon-Fri 8am- 10pm flexibility
  • You must pass a 30-minute test before being considered for the role; it will test your computer and customer service skills.
